Memcyco's Director of Product speaks at hayaData 2026 in Tel Aviv
Memcyco’s Director of Product, Ira Sharlin, will speak at hayaData 2026 on October 20 at the David InterContinental Tel Aviv. The not-for-profit conference is built for the data engineering, data science, BI and analytics communities. It brings practitioners together to share what works in real data environments.
Ira’s session, “The Data Lies Between the Silos,” runs at 11:55 am in Track C. It examines a problem that exists between data, fraud, and security teams. A login succeeds, account details change, and money moves, and each system sees only an ordinary event. No one sees the full attack; it can look like legitimate activity until the customber has already lost money.
Drawing on her experience building products on both sides of the silo, Ira will show how teams can connect those events into one traceable journey.
The question at the heart of her session is what could teams stop if the signals behind a customer journey were connected?
Shift Fraud Protection Upstream
Connect the attack signals before the money moves
Payments now settle in seconds. The warnings behind them often stay siloed across separate systems and teams.
A single customer journey can touch:
Phishing and social engineering activity
Identity and authentication events
Device and session signals
Payee and payment records
Each system can approve its own step while the full journey goes unseen. Identity confirms the login, trust and safety reviews behavior, and the financial systems process the transaction. None of them shares context with the others. This lets a single attack pass every check and still end in loss.
Memcyco helps organizations close that gap by connecting authentication, behavior, account changes and transactions into shared session context. With that context, teams can trace one journey, tell the customer’s activity from the attacker’s, and act while there is still time to stop the damage.
Closing the fraud blind spot

The Data Lies Between the Silos
11:55am | 20 October, 2026 | Track C | David InterContinental, Tel Aviv
Ira will examine why a successful login, an account change and a money movement can look ordinary when identity, trust and safety, and financial systems see only their own piece.
The session will explore how shared session context, built as a data contract linking authentication, behavior, account changes and transactions, separates the customer’s journey from the attacker’s. It offers a playbook for turning fragmented events into a journey teams can trace, challenge and act on.
